Using the New Outlook for Mac features in business environments

I’m happy to share the steps to set up an email template in Outlook for Mac:
Step 1: Select New Email to open a draft window. Customize the content as you’d like for your template.
Step 2: When you finish, go to File > Save as Template.
Step 3: Choose the folder where you want to store the template. It will save with the extension .emltpl. You can rename the file if needed.
Step 4: To use the template later, go to File >Mail From Template.
