Using New Outlook on Windows for professional communication and productivity
Hi @Marchaman, Armel (Compliance),
Thank you for posting your question to the Microsoft Q&A forum.
Based on your description, to restore deleted emails for your account, I would recommend trying the following steps:
- In new Outlook, go to the Deleted Items or Junk Email folder. If folders are hidden, select the Show Navigation Pane button
- Select the item or items you'd like to restore by hovering over the item and selecting the checkbox next to it.
- On the Home tab of the ribbon, select Move. Choose a folder from the list, or select Move to a different folder, and then choose a location from the full folder list. You can also drag messages to other folders, or right-click and select Restore.
If you can't find the item in the Deleted Items folder, the next place to look is the Recoverable Items folder.
- Select the Deleted Items folder, and then select Recover items deleted from this folder.
- Hover over an item and check the box next to it. Select Restore from the Home ribbon.
Note: If you cannot find the deleted items after following these steps, please contact your organization’s IT administrator. They may be able to recover the items if they are still within the retention period.
I hope this information is helpful. Please follow these steps and let me know if it works for you. If not, we can work together to resolve this.
Thank you for your patience and your understanding. If you have any questions or need further assistance, please feel free to share them in the comments on this post so I can continue to support you.
I look forward to continuing the conversation.
