To download MS Project 2019, you will need to use the Office Deployment Tool (ODT) along with a configuration file. Here are the steps to download the installation files:

    1. Download the Office Deployment Tool from the Microsoft Download Center.
    2. Create a configuration.xml file that specifies the settings for the installation, including the version you want (in this case, Project 2019).
    3. Open an elevated command prompt and navigate to the folder where you saved the ODT and the configuration.xml file.
    4. Run the command: setup /download configuration.xml to download the installation files to your local network.

Make sure to specify the 64-bit version in your configuration file if that's what you need. The installation files will be downloaded to the location specified in the configuration file.
