how to reschedule a exam

To reschedule your exam, you can follow these steps:

1. Log in to your Learn profile.
2. Choose Profile from the dropdown menu in the photo avatar.
3. Go to Credentials in the profile menu and select Certifications beside Applied Skills.
4. Scroll to the exam appointment you wish to reschedule and choose the Reschedule link.
5. You will be redirected to the exam delivery provider’s site to complete the rescheduling process.

If you are facing issues with uploading the exam space pictures, it's advisable to resolve that before the rescheduling to ensure compliance with the exam requirements.

As I assume you had issues signing into the exam, you won't be able to reschedule from within Microsoft Learn as the appointment date/time has passed

If you need to reschedule your Microsoft certification exam, you can do so by following the official process: Reschedule and cancellation policies | Microsoft Learn 

• You need to sign in to your Microsoft Learn profile. Then you go to Profile => Credentials => Certifications.   

• You can find your scheduled exam and click Reschedule 
• You will be redirected to the exam provider’s site (Pearson VUE or PSI) to select a new date and time.
