Azure Databricks portal is not working correctly

I'm unable to see details for our azure databricks workspaces in the azure portal. I cannot launch any ADB workspaces from the portal. I am able to launch via a link I shared in a Teams post earlier in the week. So the actual workspace is working. It's just the portal that is not working.

The Portal UI Preview opt‑out is client‑side (cookies/local storage). New sessions or flighted UI can re‑enable preview until site data and portal preferences are reset. [learn.microsoft.com]

    Fix (stable experience):

    • Use https://portal.azure.com only (avoid preview.portal.azure.com / rc.portal.azure.com). [learn.microsoft.com]
    • In Edge → Settings → Cookies and site data → See all cookies and site data → remove entries for portal.azure.com. Reopen portal and set ⚙️ Portal settings → Appearance + startup views (choose Home or Last visited; avoid experimental toggles).
    • In Subscriptions → Preview features, Unregister any service previews you don’t need (or az feature unregister). There’s no global “disable all previews”; use Policy/RBAC to deny future registrations if required.

Mike Rees - Thanks for the question and using MS Q&A platform.

Could you please share the stack trace of the Error code here?

Note: By sharing the error code helps us to understand the issue and provide more details response.

Meanwhile, here are a few things you can try to troubleshoot the issue:

    • Check your browser compatibility: Make sure that you are using a supported browser for Azure portal. Microsoft Edge or Google Chrome web browser.
    • Clear your browser cache: Clearing your browser cache can sometimes resolve issues with launching Databricks portal. You can try clearing your cache and then attempting to launch ADB again.
    • Different browser: Try launching ADB portal via Private Mode (New InPrivate Window) or different browser.
    • Try launching ADB from a different network: Sometimes network issues can prevent ADB from launching. You can try launching ADB from a different network to see if this resolves the issue.

Hope this helps. Let me know if you have any further questions or need additional assistance. Also, if these answers your query, do click the "Upvote" and click "Accept the answer" of which might be beneficial to other community members reading this thread.
