All keys on my laptop are not working. how do I fix the problem.?

    I suggest doing the following:

    If you are using Windows 11, run the Keyboard Troubleshooter as instructed below.

    (This also works on Windows 10. I'm suggesting this method because it's not available in the way suggested by AI on Windows 11.)

    1. Press Windows + R, type msdt.exe -id KeyboardDiagnostic, and press Enter;
    2. The Keyboard Troubleshooter window will open. Follow the on-screen instructions.

    If it persists, reinstall the keyboard driver:

    1. Open "Device Manager" (Right-click on the Start button and select Device Manager);
    2. Expand "Keyboards";
    3. Right-click on the keyboard and select "Uninstall Device";

    (If it doesn't have the keyboard name, it will probably be "HID Keyboard Device")
