A web-based tool in Microsoft 365 that enables users to quickly create surveys, quizzes, polls, and feedback forms.
Hi @Patricia Palmer,
Thank you for posting your question to the Microsoft Q&A forum.
Based on your description, you want to create a dropdown for an option which shows when selecting an option. However, this is not available in Microsoft Forms by default.
To work around this, I would recommend using form branching to move to another question, which is similar to dropdown.
- In the form, select a question and select more button (…).
- Select Add branching.
- Select the question to go to when selecting the option.
This approach allows you to guide respondents to different questions based on their selection, mimicking a dropdown behavior.
I hope this information is helpful. Please follow these steps and let me know if it works for you. If not, we can work together to resolve this.
Thank you for your patience and your understanding. If you have any questions or need further assistance, please feel free to share them in the comments on this post so I can continue to support you.
I look forward to continuing the conversation.
