Hello Microsoft Learn Team,

I recently received a free DP-600 exam voucher through the Microsoft Fabric Community campaign using my email ID: <Mod remove PII> @outlook.com.

However, when I try to open my Fabric Community profile link, I get the following message:

“User does not exist. The user you requested has been deleted or does not exist.”

Because of this, I am unable to confirm my voucher status or access my community profile.

Could you please help me with one of the following:

  1. Confirm that my DP-600 free exam voucher is still valid and linked to my email (<Mod remove PII> @outlook.com), OR
  2. Restore my Fabric Community profile / user ID so that I can access my account normally and redeem the voucher.

Thank you for your help!

I cannot assist with account recovery or voucher status inquiries directly. If you are encountering a message stating that the user does not exist, it may indicate that your account was deleted or that there is an issue with your profile. I recommend reaching out to Microsoft support or the specific community support for the Fabric Community to resolve this issue. They will be able to confirm the status of your DP-600 exam voucher and assist with restoring your profile if necessary.
