To leave a family group in which you are stuck, you can follow these steps:

1. Go to your My Account page. If you have a work or school account, visit https://myaccount.microsoft.com and sign in.
2. If you have a personal account, you may need to use a specific URL that includes your tenant name or tenant ID, such as https://myaccount.microsoft.com?tenantId=yourtenantid.
3. Select Organizations from the left navigation pane or click on Manage organizations.
4. Look for the family group you want to leave and select the option to leave the organization.
