Thank you for sharing your question. I understand how annoying it must be to be stuck in a Microsoft Family Group you don't even know, especially when it stops you from playing games like Forza Horizon.
Usually, this happens because only the person who set up the family group can kick people out. If your account is seen as a kid's account or is tied to someone you don't know, you can't just leave on your own.
To fix this, first, go to account.microsoft.com and check your birthday info. Update it if it's wrong. If you still can't leave the group, get in touch with Microsoft Support and prove who you are. They should be able to get your account out of the family group or change your role. Sadly, if you're not the organizer, there's nothing you can do yourself.
