How to purchase a Teams phone plan

Hello--I'm trying to purchase a phone license and pay-as-you-go plan for Microsoft Teams so I can dial calls on international numbers. I cannot find the page on the website/section on the Teams app/etc. to physically purchase a plan. How do I do this?

I've seen responses to similar questions telling me to go to the "billing" section on my online Microsoft account. I don't see a "billing" tab anywhere. I see "subscriptions" and "payment options" but none of those have options to buy an account.

I am afraid it is not but you don't need a subscription to use Teams for home. The free version of Teams for home gives you:

Free 1:1 calls between Teams users for up to 30 hours.
Free group calls and meetings for up to 60 minutes.
Up to 100 participants per meeting.
5 GB of cloud storage per user.
Chat with friends, family and contacts in quick and easy conversations.
Communities for more collaboration in your groups and engagement with your audience.
File sharing, tasks, and polling.
Data encryption for meetings, chats, calls, and files.

Hello, good day and thanks for your question. To add to the above, if you are an individual subscriber the phone license and pay-as-you-go plan will not be available as it is intended for Business and Enterprise and you may also see the link below as reference as to what is included and the difference with each plan.

So in other words, the feature that used to be included with every personal Skype account is no longer included in Teams.

Teams Free does not have the phone calling option available, but if you still have some remaining Skype Credit or an active calling subscription, then you can make phone calls from the Skype Dial Pad site on the Web.

However, it is no longer possible to purchase new credit or renew a calling subscription. Microsoft has efficiently cancelled all Skype paid services when Skype application was retired.

Phone calling options are not available with Teams Free personal account. This feature requires paid Teams Business account with added phone licenses.

To purchase a Teams Phone license and a Pay-As-You-Go Calling Plan for Microsoft Teams, follow these steps:

Purchase Teams Phone Add-On License:
