SnipingTool not recording sound

SnippingTool does not record sound when recording video.

A big pink line at top of review the recording page/screen says to make shared WASAPI (something like that, the grammar needs work).

I have followed many suggestions from MS themselves, youtube, random pages... nothing worked.
Advice from MS themselves says to use another program!!!!!!!

If SnippingTool doesn't work and its makers advice is to not use it.... ?tf is it still a featured app available from MS?
I want to record the screen and the screens audio. Not record the microphone. Not record the Bluetooth.

SnippingTool video recording is a relatively new addition to the app.... why release a product that doesn't work, still doesn't?
All other apps for recording the screen and sound reduce the quality of the computers running ability.
Why suggest using an even worse product that MS has no control over, even when its 'made for MS'?

Now, I'm lost in the lack of logic to all of it.

Please don't reply with the 3 DOTS b.s., this is not an issue with 3 DOTS settings. Not a fix.

I have tried the properties thing for ticking and unticking an override permission. Did not fix.

Where else would the issue be?

What other screen recorder works that is MS and not another download which wants access to every part of my existence before offering me to "subscribe or don't use our product"?

I want to record the screen and the screens audio.

How do I do this?

    You can easily activate Game Bar by using the combination Windows key + G.

    While using Game Bar, please check follow suggestions to make sure:

    1. Audio menu
      Please make sure devices in Mix and Voice tab are set right.
    2. Settings menu
      1. Please make sure Mic status is "Mic on".
      2. Open More settings > Widgets > Audio to record > set the option to Game.
      3. While recording
        If you see the Mic icon with disabled status, please click it to enable Mic

    Like I said... The logic is lost......
    I want to record the systems audio when screen recording.
    I don't want to record the speakers heard thru the microphone!!!!!
    What is the problem with recording the systems audio?
