Here are some checking steps that you can try to resolve this:
1 - The folder isn’t included in the Search Index
- Open Control Panel → Indexing Options
- Select Modify
- Add the folder you want Windows to search
2 - Certain file types or locations are excluded
- Open Indexing Options
- Select Advanced → File Types
- Ensure the file extensions you need are set to “Index Properties and File Contents”
