Based on your sharing, you can try follow the guide provided by Q&A Assist that to use Copy and Paste special feature in Excel to transpose the name list.
If you want to use formula in case the name range is long, you can use the TRANSPOSE formula in Excel: =TRANSPOSE(A2:B10)
Note: this formula is used on my testing worksheet, so you will need to change the data range based on your current worksheet to ensure the formula works properly.
