My calendar on Iphone outlook 365, when i put in a appointment, yearly repeated, it shows up exact 1 month later, on my desktop it is correct

On my Iphone calendar (outlook 365) when i put in an appointment it shows up exact 1 year later, e.g. 10 dec yearly repeated, will show up 10 january. All yearly appointments on my desktop are ok. But all yearly repeated appointments on my Iphone shows up 1 month later.

What can i do to solve this ?
