Hi,

We have Users that are trying to link their work account with their personal certification account to register for exams and receive discounts etc.

https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/certifications/connect-cert-profile-to-learn

When attempting this our Conditional Access policies are blocking the below app,

App Name: Microsoft Learning Identity Service

App ID: b9c392b1-7049-4d6c-86bf-9bb91214900d

Unfortunately I cannot exclude this application - Does anyone know Conditional Access support for this application is coming?

Many Thanks

Microsoft Learning Identity Service is a cloud service provided by Microsoft to manage user identity and access for Microsoft Learning experiences. As it is a Microsoft service, it should support Conditional Access policies.

However, to verify if Conditional Access support for the Microsoft Learning Identity Service is available or not, you may check the Azure Active Directory (Azure AD) portal.

    1. Log in to the Azure AD portal with your administrator account.
    2. Go to the "Enterprise applications" tab.
    3. Search for the "Microsoft Learning Identity Service" app using the search bar.
    4. Click on the app to open its properties.
    5. Go to the "Conditional Access" section to check if it is supported.

If Conditional Access is supported, you should be able to configure policies for this app. If it is not supported, you may need to reach out to Microsoft support for more information about when it will be supported.
