MS Paint is still having problems.

I had the same problem. So far, my solution is to click outside of the color selection tool and mouse over the "Edit colours" button, but this is really inconsistent and I have to do it several times. Microsoft please fix this.

Open Paint again and test the color slider.

If the problem continues, the next step you can try is to reinstall Paint:

• Go to Settings > Installed apps.
• Find Paint, click the three dots, and choose Uninstall.
• Once removed, visit Microsoft Store to reinstall the app.

Tips:
