How do I find a program that I accidentally uninstalled?

Hi, I recently got an Xbox Ally X and I opened control panel to uninstall Onedrive but I also accidentally uninstalled something else. I accidentally clicked one of the programs, user account control appeared, I pressed “no”, but then the program disappeared from control panel anyway, so I’m not sure if it uninstalled anyway or if it was just removed from view. Whatever the case, where can I find what I uninstalled?

I’ve tried using event viewer like others online have said but I couldn’t find anything. I also tried searching everywhere for images or videos to see if anyone has showed their default control panel programs on their Xbox Ally X so I could compare it to mine, but I couldn’t find anything. If anyone can find or share that it would also be incredibly helpful.

Please see if the following app helps.

    Hi EverydayAden,

Welcome to the Microsoft Q&A Forum.

I understand why this feels worrying but what you described is very unlikely to have actually uninstalled anything.

When you select Uninstall and a User Account Control (UAC) prompt appears, Windows is asking for permission to make changes. If No is selected, the uninstall process is cancelled before it can start. In that situation, Windows does not remove the app or system component.

Only if an app is genuinely missing from Settings > Apps > Installed Apps or something has stopped working would recovery steps be necessary. In this case, nothing further is required.

I look forward to receiving your update. Let me know if you need further assistance, feel free to ask me by clicking "Add Comment" or "Add Answer" if you cannot add comment so your response will be visible. Thanks for your effort.
