Hello,

I’m not sure if this is the correct place to request help with a Minecraft Marketplace (Bedrock Edition) refund, but I wanted to ask.

I accidentally purchased a world from the Marketplace while browsing. I play using a controller, and it’s very easy to press the buy button unintentionally. While looking around to see what I could afford, I accidentally purchased Civilization by 4KS Studios.

Before the purchase, I had a little over 1,000 Minecoins. Afterward, my balance dropped to around 200. The purchase was not intentional, and I would really appreciate assistance with a refund.

Hello, I am requesting a refund for a recent purchase made in Minecraft Bedrock Edition.

I purchased the “X-RAY” pack by Wonder Studios from the Marketplace, expecting it to function as a real X-ray resource (allowing me to clearly see ores and underground structures). However, after installing and testing it, I found that it does not work as advertised and does not provide the expected functionality.

There are no technical errors, but the product is misleading and does not match what a reasonable user would expect from an “X-ray” pack. Because of this, I am not satisfied with the purchase.

This purchase was made very recently, and I have not used the content extensively. I would like to request a refund.

Hi, my name on mine craft is "GamesRUs YT4747" and I recently bought two world by accident and I play on controller so it is very easy to misclick, it is cars+ world and I think I also got some plane world on accident, it cost me a lot of mine coins and I really need a refund, if I could get a refund that would be awesome, thank you in advance

I Just bougth the pack furniture from 4KS Studio thinking it will and furnitures to my world and i didnt read that it says that is a world and i want a refund i didnt use the pack and it cost me 310 blue tokens if i could get the refund please it would be awesome
