how do i get a refund for windows 11 pro purchased in the MS Store

I would like to request a refund for an upgrade, of windows 11 upgrade from Windows Home to Windows Pro, purchased today. I am preparing a machine for my parents and they simply do not need Windows Pro as it turns out.

    But if you purchased this as an error, you might be able to explain it to support agent, and see if they would let you refund it.
