I bought ForzaHorizon4UE in 2019

One of my kids still has it on their PC and now the other one wants to play it too.

When I try to install it I get "Bundle not Available"

When I ask WHY online it tells me the product was withdrawn because music, car and other licenses had expired...

Presumably we're still entitled to play FH4 how do I go about installing it on my other child's PC ?

Thank you in advance.

    Hello Joe Plazo,

Welcome to Microsoft Q&A forum. I'm happy to help.

I understand that you would want to download and let your son play the Ultimate Edition of Forza Horizon 4. The bundle itself has been delisted, so unfortunately new purchase is not available. The account that previously bought the bundle should still hold license of it though. In this case, you can try to log in to the Xbox app using the account that made the purchase and check the library. If the game was bought on the account you should be able to see the game and install it from there. However, please note that only the account that made the purchase can enjoy the benefit of the bundle, which means you can only see the bundle content logging in with your account. I hope this clarifies.

If you purchased Forza Horizon 4 Ultimate Edition and it is still associated with your Microsoft account, you should be able to install it on another PC as long as you follow the licensing rules. Since you mentioned that one of your kids has it installed on their PC, it indicates that the game is still linked to your account.

Here are the steps you can take to install it on your other child's PC:

    1. Sign in to Microsoft Store: Ensure that the Microsoft account that purchased Forza Horizon 4 is signed in on the new PC.
    2. Check Device Limit: Remember that you can have the game installed on up to 10 devices linked to your Microsoft account. If you have reached this limit, you will need to remove one device from your account.
    3. Install the Game: Open the Microsoft Store app, search for Forza Horizon 4, and attempt to install it again. If you encounter the "Bundle not Available" message, it may be due to the product being withdrawn, but you should still have access to the game if it was previously purchased.
    4. Contact Support: If you continue to experience issues, consider reaching out to Microsoft Support for assistance regarding the expired licenses and to confirm your entitlement to the game.

Since the game has been withdrawn from sale, it may not be available for new installations, but your entitlement to play it should remain intact as long as it was purchased under your account.
