How to fix no audio output in my PC?

So about a week ago the audio in my PC stopped working for some reason. I use an IEM with a splitter to connect it to the motherboard. I've already tried unplugging and plugging it back in, reinstalling the Realtek HD Audio drivers, sfc /scannow, switching splitter cables as I have a spare lying around, and using the Generic Audio driver. None of them worked.

Through volume mixer, I can see that no audio IS being produced but somehow no output is being sent by my computer (yes the IEM also works I tested it with my laptop).

Speakers (Realtek High Definition Audio) is also the default audio device in the settings.

Another thing is that the mic (which works before) also stopped working. Here is also a screenshot of the Realtek HD Audio Manager. I have my IEM with the splitter cables connected to the back panel jacks (green and red) but for some reason here they're all greyed out (including the blue one) and when I plug them out and back in, no popup shows up where usually there's a popup confirming what type of device was plugged in.

My front jacks have been sketchy ever since I got this PC so I've never really used them ever since. But, I've also tried the front panel jacks and the results are the same, no popups and no audio output.

Also, before the audio went out my dad was using the PC for a bit and he was using some cheap speakers which were REALLY sketchy imo and the audio went out when my dad was using those speakers. Since those speakers use a USB connection to power itself and very sketchy, is there a possibility the speakers fried the rear audio jack?

Anyhow what should I do? Is there any way to bring my audio back from the software side or do I have to get this motherboard to a computer repair shop?

My PC specs:
Ryzen 5 3500X

Powercolor Radeon RX 570 4GB
GALAX A320M motherboard
120GB Pioneer APS-SL3N-120 SATA SSD (for Windows)

    Hi Derian Wilianggi,
Welcome to Microsoft Q&A forum. I'm happy to help.

The Back Panel ports is grayed out because Realtek HD Audio Manager settings probably are not configured correctly.

Please check the settings has been marked in screenshots bellow.

    Hello,

If the front panel has been malfunctioning for some time, it is possible that the PC case itself is experiencing age‑related deterioration.

Personally, I suspect a physical hardware issue, so I recommend consulting a professional repair shop that can inspect and service your PC.

Before sending the PC in for repair, please try the following steps:

    1. Run the Windows audio troubleshooter.(Run the troubleshooter in Get Help)

Fix sound or audio problems in Windows

    1. Download and install the latest chipset drivers from your PC manufacturer or from AMD’s official website. Also download the latest BIOS from your PC manufacturer and attempt a BIOS update. Please note that if the TPM is cleared during the BIOS update, signing in with a PIN will fail. If you are unable to reset the PIN afterward, you may be locked out of Windows and forced to initialize the system. (On some newer computers, the BIOS update may not clear TPM information, but taking precautions is strongly recommended.)

Preparation steps before updating the BIOS:

    1)

In Windows Settings > Accounts > Sign‑in options, turn off

“For improved security, only allow Windows Hello sign‑in for Microsoft accounts on this device (recommended).”

Then confirm that additional sign‑in options appear on the sign‑in screen.

    2)

If disk encryption is enabled, please decrypt the drive before proceeding.

After completing steps 1) and 2), you may perform the BIOS update.

    3)

If the power turns off or the write process fails during the BIOS update, the PC may become unusable and require manufacturer repair.

Ensure that the computer does not lose power during the update.

Do not turn off the power manually.

    1. Shut down the PC while holding the Shift key. Disconnect the power cable and all other connected devices. Press the power button four to five times to discharge any remaining electricity. Leave the PC for about 30 minutes, then reconnect everything and power it on to check the operation.
