I understand how frustrating it might be when you are unable to log in to your account to play game. Before we proceed, may I know if your account is able to log in to account.microsoft.com and account.xbox.com normally?
In the meantime, please follow these steps to remove the credentials, you can then sign in again:
- Type "Credential Manager" in the search bar and press Enter.
- Find and remove all entries related to the Xbox App, Minecraft Launcher and the Microsoft Store.
- Restart your PC and try to sign in again.
