Had just decided to play some minecraft and discovered that all of my purchases have disappeared, ive searched the store directly for what would have been my purchases but i can't download them, it just tells me to buy them again. I've tried almost everything I can think of. I've restored my licences, unlinked then linked my account again. Nothing seems to work, I've tried to look for a way to contact a support team but everything is slightly overcomplicated. This definitely feels more like a Microsoft issue than a Sony issue, just wondering if anyone knows what i can do or if there's anywhere i can contact some support. Thank you.

    Hi,

Thank you for sharing your question. I understand how disappointing this is, especially when you just want to enjoy the content you’ve paid for without having to repurchase it.

Reason and resolution: Minecraft purchases on PlayStation are tied to your PlayStation Network account and your Microsoft account for cross-platform features. If items are missing, it’s often due to account sync issues or signing into the wrong Microsoft account. First, confirm you’re signed into the same Microsoft account originally used for purchases. Then, check the Minecraft Marketplace Purchase History at https://www.minecraft.net/en-us/profile to verify ownership. If purchases appear there but not on PS5, clear the game cache by restarting the console and reinstalling Minecraft. If they don’t appear, you may need to contact Minecraft Support at https://help.minecraft.net or PlayStation Support for license validation.

    I hope this helps.

    Best Regards,

    Noel

It sounds like you're experiencing issues with your Minecraft purchases on the PS5. Since you've already tried restoring licenses and unlinking and linking your account, here are a few additional steps you might consider:

    1. Check your Microsoft Account: Ensure that your Microsoft account is properly linked to your PlayStation account. Sometimes, issues can arise from account mismatches.
    2. Contact Support: Since you mentioned difficulty in finding support, you can try reaching out to Microsoft Support directly for assistance with your purchases. They can help you verify your account and purchases.
    3. Reinstall Minecraft: Sometimes, reinstalling the game can help resolve issues related to purchases not being recognized.
    4. Check for Updates: Ensure that both your PS5 system software and the Minecraft game are up to date.

If these steps do not resolve the issue, contacting support is likely your best option for further assistance.
