Using the New Outlook for Mac features in business environments

Based on your description, it appears you’re trying to import or export an OLM file using the New Outlook for Mac. As I checked, the import/export OLM feature is only available in Legacy Outlook for Mac.

To verify which version you’re using, click Outlook on the menu bar:
If you see the “Legacy Outlook” option is untick and without a toggle switch on the right side of the bar, you are using New Outlook.
If you see the “Legacy Outlook” option is tick and with a toggle switch on the right side of the bar, you are using Legacy Outlook.
