    Hi Sebastian Hernandez,

You can try the checking steps below to close the app and help prevent it from happening again:

1 - Close the app right away

    • Press Ctrl + Shift + Esc to open Task Manager
    • Find Microsoft Solitaire & Casual Games
    • Select it and choose End task

2 - If the app keeps reopening or freezing

    • Go to Settings > Apps > Installed apps
    • Find Microsoft Solitaire & Casual Games
    • Select Advanced options
    • Try Repair first or choose Reset if needed.

If you're experiencing issues with Solitaire and other casual games not closing on Windows, it's important to note that generally, users don't need to close apps manually, as Windows manages them. However, if you want to close an app, you can use the close gesture, press Alt+F4, or use the task switcher on Windows Phone.

When an app is closed by the user, it is first suspended, allowing you to save its state. After that, the app is removed from the screen and switch list but not explicitly terminated. If you need to handle specific actions when the app is closed by the user, you can utilize the activation event handler to check if the app was terminated by the user or by Windows.

If the games are still unresponsive, you may want to check for any updates or consider restarting your device to resolve the issue.
