    Hello Anchalee P!

Thanks for reaching out to the Q&A forum!

I see you are unable to uninstall the Microsoft Store app because it remains stuck on the "Create Your Account" screen. Please try the method below:

Restart into Safe Mode and uninstall:

    1. Hold down the SHIFT key and select Restart from the Windows Power button.
    2. Go to Troubleshoot > Advanced options > Startup Settings > Restart.
    3. When the menu appears, choose Option 4 or press F4 to enter Safe Mode.
    4. Uninstall the program as usual.
    5. Restart your PC normally, it should be removed.

Please check out the solution in this article: PC App Store won't uninstall AND I'm getting pop-ups that block my screen!!! - SOLUTION FOUND!

Hope this helps! Let me know how it goes so we can figure out the next step together.

Uninstalling the Microsoft Store app is not supported in Windows. If you are experiencing issues with the app, such as it being stuck on the "Create Your Account" screen, the recommended approach is to reset or reinstall the operating system, as this will reinstall the Microsoft Store. Uninstalling the app may lead to unintended consequences, and there is no supported workaround to uninstall or reinstall it directly.

If you are having trouble with the Microsoft Store, you might want to consider troubleshooting steps like checking your internet connection, ensuring your Windows is updated, or restarting the Microsoft Store Install Service. However, uninstalling the app itself is not an option.
