Managing profiles and sync in Microsoft Edge on Windows 10
This browser is no longer supported.
Upgrade to Microsoft Edge to take advantage of the latest features, security updates, and technical support.
I can’t see any devices in this option. I can view my PC's history from my phone in the latest tabs section but when I try to send a tab to my device, it’s not there. I tried resyncing and even resetting synchronization data many times, signed out and back in on both devices, cleared all cookies and history and everything but it did not solve the problem. Still can't see neither my PC on my phone or the opposite when I select send tab to devices.
Managing profiles and sync in Microsoft Edge on Windows 10
THIS IS NOW FIXED IN STABLE.
Yesterday, I opened a ticket #260128142000xxxx for this.
Today, Microsoft has acknowledged the issue and it is pending escalation. There is no workaround for "Send tab to other devices" at the moment, the workaround for opening tabs from other devices is to go to the History page and open Tabs from other devices (edge://history/syncedTabs).
I will update the post when I get more details (also updating this Reddit thread).
Update: Should be fixed in Canary 146.0.3837.0 and Dev Version 146.0.3818.0. Full message from ticket below.
Regarding the “Send tab to another device” behavior — this matches the same regression we are currently tracking in Microsoft Edge Stable v144.x on desktop devices. As you noted, the feature still works correctly on iOS, which aligns with all similar reports we’ve received so far. This is also consistent with your case details, where: Sync metadata appears correct in edge://sync-internals. Devices register successfully under the sync metadata but do not render in the desktop UI for “Tabs from other devices” or “Send tab to device”. The regression reproduces consistently on Windows & macOS using Edge 144.x builds. At this time, the issue is already with our engineering team for validation, and we have got confirmation of potential hotfix guidance. So as per latest update after actively monitoring the escalation channel, escalation team has made changes in below Desktop Edge Version Canary 146.0.3837.0 & Dev Version 146.0.3818.0. It would be implemented very soon on Beta & Stable in next patches (hopefully).
Update: This appears to be fixed now in stable Edge. If you keep seeing the issue, make sure you are on latest, and if it doesn't help create a ticket with Microsoft Support.
so edge doesn't seem to have any devices listed in it anymore, when you go to add a device as per the dialogue via the MSA devices page, for iOS it does not let you add devices it basically says you can't.
Hello to all users in this thread who are facing the same situation,

If you're having the latest version of Edge installed on all devices and it's still not working after the steps taken, you can consider using the Edge Feedback option by going to Setting > Help and feedback (or submit feedback through the official Microsoft feedback channels).
Here a Feedback request raised by a user in this thread that you can follow.
While the issue is being reviewed, you may find these temporary alternatives useful for continuing your workflow across devices:
The send to devices is working as of 2/4/2026. Just make sure that you have the most current update for Microsoft Edge on both your desktop and mobile devices in order for the feature to work
Same Problem. Any suggestions? iPhone 17 to Microsoft Surface 9 can't transfer tabs from iPhone to Surface, or Surface to iPhone. Device not found.
