how do i have two rows in my taskbar

so i'm guessing we can expect the continuing de-evolution of windows with more advanced versions.

Windows 11 does not support multiple rows of Taskbar yet.

At this moment, the only workaround is to use third party applications. I will give you 3 of them: StartAllBack, TaskbarX and Windhawk.

This is Tin, this is really a great question. As of now, it's not available on Windows 11 as Microsoft removed that feature to have 2 rows on Taskbar. It would be best to submit a feedback to Microsoft so they will notified that you still need that feature.

Windows 11 does not support having two rows of icons in the taskbar like Windows 10. In Windows 11, the taskbar is designed to be a single row, and while you can customize it by pinning apps and adjusting settings, the functionality to create a second row is not available. If you are looking for more space for icons, consider pinning only your most frequently used applications to the taskbar or using the Start menu for additional access to apps.
