Thank you for posting your question in the Microsoft Q&A forum
Regarding your issue, this usually means the Microsoft Edge WebView2 Runtime on the system isn’t working correctly. Outlook (especially New Outlook), Teams, and several other apps rely on WebView2 to display parts of their interface. When WebView2 is missing, corrupted, or mismatched, those apps may fail to open, show blank screens, or not load at all.
Here are a few steps you can try:
- Repair WebView2 Runtime and Microsoft Edge
- Go to Settings > Apps > Installed apps
- Find Microsoft Edge WebView2 Runtime
- Select Modify > Repair
- Restart the PC
- Go to Settings > Apps > Microsoft Edge
- Select Advanced options > Repair
- Restart afterward
- For more details, please refer to: Repair apps and programs in Windows
- The "Evergreen" Reinstall
- Go to the Official Microsoft WebView2 Download Page.
- Look for the Evergreen Standalone Installer.
-
- Select x64 (for most modern PCs) and download it.
- Important: Right-click the downloaded file and select Run as Administrator.
Hopefully it will help work with your issue and if you have any other questions or need further assistance, feel free to ask.
