Microsoft 365 features that help users manage their subscriptions, account settings, and billing information.
Hello, thank you for reaching out to Microsoft Q&A.
It appears that you no longer have access to your Microsoft account password.
According to the Microsoft account activity policy, you will need to verify your identity using your alternate security contact methods, such as your phone number or email address, if you are trying to change your security information (for example, resetting your Microsoft account password).
If you no longer have access to your alternate security contact methods to get the Verification code, you will need to replace your security information.
To do this: On the Verify Your Identity screen, select "I don't have any of these" and follow the prompts to replace the security information.
Note - If you remove all of your previous security information and replace it with something new, your account will be put into a restricted state for 30 days.
You will only be able to replace your password after 30 days.
Remember to use a familiar device from which you've frequently accessed your Microsoft account, as well as a familiar location. Microsoft will review your responses and respond within 24 hours.
The Account Recovery Form requires adequate information to prove that you are the owner of the account. The Account Recovery Process can be a time consuming process, but providing as much info as possible from the start of the process will increase the possibility of being verified by the automated process. You'll need to keep trying until you're verified by Microsoft.
