Hello Azure Support Team,

I recently completed the academic verification process for Azure for Students using my student account. After completing the process, I received a confirmation message stating that the verification was successful and that I could use the Azure for Students benefits.

However, when I logged into the Azure Portal and navigated to Subscriptions, no subscription is displayed. The page shows:

“No subscriptions found”

Filtered (0 of 0)

Since no subscription was visible, I attempted to activate Azure for Students again. At that point, I started receiving the following messages:

“You are not eligible to renew Azure for Students.”

“Azure for Students Starter is no longer available.”

At present:

Academic verification is marked as successful.

No active subscription is available in the portal.

I am unable to activate Azure for Students again due to the eligibility message.

Please review my account status and clarify why the student subscription was not created after successful verification, and advise on the next steps required to activate it.

Thank you.Hello Azure Support Team,

  • “Azure for Students Starter is no longer available.”

I have cross checked and got to know that I can use Azure DevOps with my account but unable to use Azure App Services. As you can find the attached image, where my Student credit offer subscription is still valid, not expired and not used the credits.

At present:

Academic verification is marked as successful.

No active subscription is available in the portal.

  • I am unable to activate Azure for Students again due to the eligibility message.
  • Even though verification successfully completed, I am unable to use Azure App Services ( as i am able to use Azure DevOps )

Please review my account status and clarify why the student subscription was not created after successful verification, and advise on the next steps required to activate it.

Thank you.

    Hi JAMI SAI AKSHAYA,

    Welcome to Microsoft Q&A,

Please make sure we are in the correct directory. Try switching to the directory and see if you can find the subscription.

    1. Go to portal.azure.com
    2. Click your profile icon (top-right)Switch directory
    3. Try each directory listed (especially anything like ...onmicrosoft.com).
    4. Then go to Portal settings → Directories + subscriptions
      • Under the Subscription filter, select All subscriptions / clear filters
      • Save/refresh
