Our computer "died" for a lack of a better description. We had the computer repaired. We lost all of our Microsoft Office Items. How do we get this reinstalled back on our computer?

To reinstall Microsoft Office after your computer repair, follow these steps:

    1. Access Your Microsoft Account: Go to https://account.microsoft.com/services and log in with the Microsoft account that you used to activate your Office license.
    2. Locate Your Office License: Once logged in, you should see your Office license listed. Click on the Install button to download the Office installer.
    3. Install Office: After the installer is downloaded, launch it and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the installation.

If you encounter any issues during the installation, you may need to perform a repair or uninstall previous versions of Office before reinstalling.

Which Office product do you have? In many cases, you can (re-)install via your associated account at https://account.microsoft.com/services.

Perpetual licenses, such as Office Home 2024, may require that you contact Microsoft support for assistance with product activation.
