Based on my research, Microsoft is currently working on a service issue with Issue ID MO1106975, which may cause some users to be unable to access certain Microsoft 365 services, including SharePoint Online.
Because this is a service‑side issue, I recommend that you ask your IT administrator to check the Microsoft 365 admin center > Health > Service health page and confirm whether your experience matches MO1106975.
If your issue matches this incident, no action is required from your side. Microsoft is already working on recovery.
If your IT admin does not see this incident listed or believes your issue is different, I recommend that they report the issue directly from the Service health page so it can be reviewed further.
