    Dear @Antonio YunYang Wu Chen,

Thank you for posting your question in the Microsoft Q&A forum.

I understand that you’re currently unable to access your SharePoint Business account. You mentioned that SharePoint is not working on the web, on your iPhone, or when opening shared links, and every attempt shows a message like “Something went wrong.” At the moment, it looks like nothing in SharePoint is accessible for you.

Based on my research, Microsoft is currently working on a service issue with Issue ID MO1106975, which may cause some users to be unable to access certain Microsoft 365 services, including SharePoint Online.

Because this is a service‑side issue, I recommend that you ask your IT administrator to check the Microsoft 365 admin center > Health > Service health page and confirm whether your experience matches MO1106975.

If your issue matches this incident, no action is required from your side. Microsoft is already working on recovery.

If your IT admin does not see this incident listed or believes your issue is different, I recommend that they report the issue directly from the Service health page so it can be reviewed further.

Please understand that our initial response does not always resolve the issue immediately. However, with your help and more detailed information, we can work together to find a solution. Your detailed response will help us diagnose and investigate the issue more efficiently.

I truly appreciate your patience and understanding. If I misunderstood what you’re looking for, feel free to let me know or share a screenshot. I’d be happy to help further!

I'm looking forward for your reply. Thank you for your cooperation.

This behavior can be caused either by a temporary SharePoint Online service issue or by throttling in the service, not necessarily a problem specific to one tenant.

    Take these steps:

    1. Check for service-wide issues
      • If access is failing for multiple users and devices (web and iPhone), a temporary service issue may be occurring.
      • A Microsoft 365 admin should sign in to the Microsoft 365 admin center and check the Service Health Dashboard to see whether SharePoint or OneDrive has an active incident or advisory affecting your organization.
    2. Consider throttling and temporary errors
      • Errors such as “Something went wrong. This is a temporary issue, so try again in a few minutes” can be related to throttling or transient service problems.
      • SharePoint Online uses throttling to protect performance. During throttling, users may see errors or temporary unavailability when opening sites or files.
      • If you see messages like 503, Server is busy, or You are now in line to access this site, wait and let the page’s built‑in retry logic work. Manually refreshing repeatedly can delay access further.
    3. If the issue persists
      • If the Service Health Dashboard shows no incident and the issue continues for a long period, collect details (time, error messages, which sites/links fail) and have an admin open a support request from the Microsoft 365 admin center.
