Hello Ashe,
Welcome to Microsoft Q&A forum.
Based on what you described, your computer might be missing some important system files. In this case, please try these fixes to see if it helps.
- Run SFC scan (I'm not sure what you mean by trying multiple commands, if you already did this, please ignore it)
- Type "Command prompt" in the search bar and select "Run as administrator"
- Type DISM /Online /Cleanup-image /RestoreHealth and press Enter.
- When the scan is done, type SFC /scannow.
- Restart your computer when it's done.
- Perform an in-place upgrade to reset all system files and configuration. Disclaimer: Let’s try performing an in-place install or in-place upgrade which will refresh your Windows files and operating system without removing files or applications. That being said, we always recommend that if you have important data, you should back it up before making large system changes. If you want to back up your data first, please do so. Once you are done backing up, you can follow the steps in the following guides: How to run In-place upgrade in Windows 11 - Microsoft Community.
