    Dear @J Joseph Tyler,

Thank you for posting your question in the Microsoft Q&A forum.

Based on your description, you have multiple Microsoft Teams accounts and would like to sign in to all of them within a single Teams app.

Here are some suggestions you can try:

In case you are using Teams desktop app

    Open Microsoft Teams app

    Select your profile picture (top-right)

    Click Add another account

Choose an existing account or select Create or use another account

Sign in with the additional account

Note: You can be signed in to multiple accounts at once, but only one account is active at a time

If you are using Teams for mobile

    Open the Teams mobile app

    Tap your profile picture

    Tap Add account

Sign in with another Teams account

You can switch accounts from the profile menu, and notifications will route you to the correct account automatically.

However, the web version of Teams does not allow you to switch between multiple accounts within the same tab or session. That said, there are a few workarounds you can use:

Use different browser profiles. For example, Chrome or Edge allows you to create separate profiles for each account. You can sign in to a different Teams account in each profile.

Use Private/Incognito mode. Open a new private window and sign in with the second Teams account there.

In case you want Microsoft product team to consider of this feature and it would definitely great improvement to the current availabilities of Microsoft 365 apps. On the Microsoft Teams app, multiple work, school, and personal accounts can be signed in and switched between without reinstalling or signing out each time.

To add and use multiple accounts in the Teams desktop app:

    1. Open Microsoft Teams.
    2. Select the profile picture in the top-right corner.
    3. Select Add another account.
    4. Either choose an account previously used, or select Create or use another account and enter the sign-in information.
    5. After adding, switch accounts anytime by selecting the profile picture and choosing the desired account.

To add and use multiple accounts in the Teams mobile app (iOS/Android):

    1. Open the Teams app.
    2. Tap the profile picture or More.
    3. Tap Add account or Add another account.
    4. Enter the sign-in information and follow the prompts.
    5. Once added, switch between accounts from the profile menu; notifications from background accounts are indicated with badge counts, and selecting a notification opens the correct account.

Teams mobile supports multiple work/school and multiple personal accounts side by side. Desktop supports multiple accounts as described, with search, chat, and notifications streamlined across accounts and organizations.
