Where to download my AI-900 certificate from

Certifications can be found on Microsoft Learn under https://learn.microsoft.com/users/me/credentials/?tab=credentials-tab

You can no longer download certificates, you need to view, print, and save as PDF https://learn.microsoft.com/credentials/certifications/cred-share-validate

To access and download the AI-900 (Azure AI Fundamentals) certificate, use the Microsoft Learn credentials area rather than the old Certification Dashboard.

1. Sign in to Microsoft Learn with the same account used for the AI-900 exam.
2. Open the Credentials page for the account:
   • Go to the profile, then select Credentials and then the Certifications (or Credentials) tab.
3. Locate the Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Fundamentals certification in the list.
4. Open the certificate view:
   • Use the available view/print option for the certificate.
5. To keep a copy, use the browser’s Print function and choose Save as PDF to download it. The current experience no longer supports direct certificate file downloads; viewing/printing and saving as PDF is the supported method.

If the AI-900 certification does not appear even though the exam passed and the email was received, submit a ticket to Microsoft Credentials Support so they can check the account and certification status.

• Go to the Microsoft Credentials Support portal (for example, via the aka.ms/credentialssupport link where provided in documentation or Q&A).
• Sign in with the same Microsoft account used for the exam.
• Complete and submit a support request under Product Family: Learning and Service: Microsoft Credentials.

For older or missing certifications, or if the certificate still cannot be accessed, use the same Credentials Support channel referenced in the Q&A threads.
