Controlling settings, permissions, and membership within Teams and channels
Quizizz not appearing in the Teams app store means it is not currently available to add as a Teams app in that tenant. Only apps that are published for Teams and allowed by the organization can be searched and added.
To confirm what apps are available and add supported ones:
- In Teams (desktop or web), select Apps on the left side.
- Use search or browse Categories to see what is available.
- If an app is available, select it and then choose Add.
- If an app tile shows a lock icon, select it and use Request approval so the IT admin can enable it.
If Quizizz does not appear at all in Apps search or categories, it cannot be added directly to Teams as an app in that environment. In that case, use Quizizz via the browser and share links or content in Teams chats/channels instead.
If the organization controls app availability, contact the IT admin to verify whether Quizizz is supported or can be enabled as a custom/third‑party app.
