How much is Adobe if we add it to our license through Microsoft? We have 5 seats on our license.

Hi Helen, Adobe is separate from Microsoft although they work side by side they have no real business connection. You could try Foxit Pdf Editor I use it mostly because they provide a perpetual version. One thing of note is that they use the Microsoft Ribbon.

    Hi @Helen Balding,

    Thank you for reaching out.

Adding an Adobe license to an existing Microsoft 365 environment is typically done by purchasing Adobe for Teams licenses. While these licenses can be integrated with Microsoft 365 and managed alongside your users, they remain a separate subscription from your Microsoft 365 licenses and are priced per user.

If your business requirements are limited to PDF management and e‑signature capabilities, you can purchase Adobe Acrobat licenses on a per‑user basis. Pricing is calculated per assigned user, as outlined below:User's image

If your team needs Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro in addition to Acrobat, the Creative Cloud for Teams plan is the standard choice for annual commitment.

Search for Adobe software you want to purchase

For example, from the search results, locate Adobe Acrobat for Microsoft 365 and select Get it now.

In the confirmation dialog box that opens, select Get it now.

Admins must select Microsoft Admin option to install the app. Non-admin users can select an appropriate app and then follow the instructions to install the app.

If you are an admin, select Microsoft Admin in the Administrators section and then, to manage everything in one place, follow these steps in your Microsoft 365 tenant:

    1. Go to the Microsoft 365 Admin Center.
    2. Navigate to Settings > Integrated apps.
    3. Search for the Adobe software to want to integrate.
    4. Choose Get it now. This will link your Adobe and Microsoft identities (SSO), allowing your 5 users to access Adobe tools directly inside Teams, Outlook, and SharePoint.

Please note that if you purchase through a Microsoft partner (CSP), you can often get the Adobe charges consolidated onto your same Microsoft invoice.
