configuration not getting completed

Configuration of Office 2013 often fails because of a previous failed install or because Windows Installer/Windows Update is busy.

Try these steps in order:

   • Use the Office uninstall/easy fix tool as described in the error code 3-4 article to completely uninstall Office, then reinstall Office 2013 from the original source and run it once to let configuration complete.
