how to buy office 365 student version

I’m trying to buy the student version of Microsoft 365. Every time I open any student or education link (college-student-pricing, education/students, etc.) I only get a ‘Thank you for your patience, we are currently experiencing high demand’ Health Beacon page and cannot proceed. Can you either (1) apply the HK$39/month student plan directly to my account, or (2) give me a purchase link that works?

    Dear @Al Ming,

Thank you for posting your question in the Microsoft Q&A forum.

Based on your description, you cannot access Microsoft 365 Student purchase pages due to a “high demand” message and are requesting either plan activation or a working purchase link.

Firstly, please understand that as a forum moderator, I do not have permission to directly add the student plan to an account.

If your school or university participates in Microsoft 365 Education, you can get Microsoft 365 Apps for Students for free, including desktop apps. https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/education/students

You sign in using a valid school-issued email address and your institution must already have an Education tenant.

If your school does not provide Microsoft 365 Education, Microsoft offers a discounted student subscription, which typically starts with 12 months free, then converts to a discounted monthly price.

You can refer to this link https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/college-student-pricing

Besides that, with the error message you're facing with, here are some suggestions you can try:

Try a different network (mobile hotspot instead of home/office Wi‑Fi)

    Temporarily disable VPN / proxy

    Try another device or browser

Flush DNS or switch to a public DNS (ISP routing issues are common)

I hope information above meet your expectations, if it does not, please leave the comment below so I can support you more effectively.
