I have racked up a lot of points in Microsoft Rewards over the past few years, and I have been looking forward to redeeming them for gift cards. However, for the past month or so, Amazon and Xbox gift cards have been unavailable, and the site says they are popular and will be restocked soon. Is there a timeline for when they are expected to be restocked? Has anyone been able to get any recently?

and what else is annoying is I asked how many best buy gift cards can you redeem at "1" time and the answer I rec'd back is that they werent available. But that wasnt true - they were available, points to redeem had increased but never answered how many. sigh.

my friend who has around $20 worth of rewards points is currently unable to claim the amazon gift card but is only given the $10 choose of redemption through bing and the gift card does not show up on the web version. For me I have around $9 of rewards points and I am able to claim the $5 amazon gift card and I am allowed to use the custom to redeem more than $10 it is weird how I am able to redeem the $5 gift card and given the option but my friend is unable to with $20 worth of points. I am soon to pass into the $10 and will see if I am able to still redeem the amazon gift card.

It's a bit insulting after the time I put in every day, so I have enough points to contribute to renewing my game pass .Guess I just go without this month 😒 thanks Microsoft… right after you increased it by $20 too

I can understand why this feels disappointing, especially since you have been saving up your Microsoft Rewards points for quite a while and were hoping to use them for Amazon or Xbox gift cards.
At the moment, Microsoft Rewards gift cards, including Amazon and Xbox gift cards are currently listed in the Microsoft Rewards catalog, showing the message “So popular we’re restocking! Back soon!” on its reward page.
You have clearly put a great deal of time, effort, and patience into saving enough points for this gift card, and I truly recognize how much this means to you. I am very sorry that I am unable to do more from the forum side. Please note that this is a user-to-user support forum. Moderators and contributors, including Microsoft employees participating in the community, cannot directly intervene in Microsoft products, arrange a restock, or confirm when the gift card will become available again. still it is not the first time for microsoft to restock, that's why i am asking the question like what shall be the general time for restocking it, like an week, month or months?
