Yes, the exam can be taken again after 15 days, but the rules depend on what happened with the original appointment:

    1. If the exam was scheduled and there was a no‑show (missed appointment without cancelling or rescheduling at least 24 hours before):
      • The original fee or free offer (if any) is forfeited.
      • A new exam appointment must be scheduled and paid for (or a new valid free offer used, if available).
      • As long as the attempt is counted as a delivery, the retake waiting period applies (see below).
    2. If the exam was properly cancelled or rescheduled according to the cancellation policy:
      • There is no retake restriction because no attempt was made.
      • The exam can be scheduled again at any available date, subject to offer expiration if a free voucher was used.
    3. Retake waiting period (for role-based, specialty, and fundamentals exams):
      • After a failed attempt:
        • Must wait 24 hours before the first retake.
        • Must wait 14 days between all subsequent attempts (up to 5 attempts in 12 months).
      • These limits apply per exam.

Since 15 days have passed, if the last attempt was a failed delivery, the 14‑day waiting period for subsequent attempts has already been satisfied and the exam can be scheduled again, provided the 5‑attempts‑per‑12‑months limit has not been reached.

To actually reschedule or book the exam again, use the certification dashboard or contact Pearson VUE as described in the referenced policies.

If you missed your exam appointment then you will have been marked as a no show and forfeited your fee/voucher and will need to make, and pay for, a new exam appointment.
