Roblox gift cards obtained through Microsoft Rewards or the Microsoft Store must follow Microsoft account and region rules.

Money or codes tied to a specific currency/region can only be redeemed to a Microsoft account registered in a country/region that uses that currency, and then only used in Participating Stores for that same region. Account balances are non-transferable between Microsoft accounts and cannot be converted to another currency.

If a Roblox digital card is issued for a different region or currency than the Microsoft account’s registered country (for example, a US card while the account is set to Türkiye), redemption or use may fail. In that case, a region-appropriate reward or card is required.
