Outlook does not have a way to permanently merge two ISP email accounts together at the provider level. However, you can consolidate your emails using Outlook, depending on how you want the final setup to look.

If your goal is to keep using one xtra.co.nz account and move all emails from the old account into the new one, the most practical method is to use Classic Outlook for Windows:

Add both xtra.co.nz accounts to Classic Outlook using IMAP so that all folders are visible.

Once both mailboxes are fully synced, you can select and move or copy emails (or entire folders) from the old account into folders under the new account. Move or copy an item to another folder in Outlook - Microsoft Support

After the move completes and the changes sync back to the server, all messages will reside in the new xtra.co.nz mailbox.

There are two common approaches, depending on whether xtra.co.nz supports IMAP/POP in Outlook and whether the goal is to move mail into another Outlook/Microsoft 365 mailbox.

Add xtra.co.nz and Outlook account into classic Outlook, then export/import via .pst

This is useful when moving mail from one account to another.

In classic Outlook for Windows, add both accounts (xtra.co.nz and the Outlook/Microsoft 365 email account) using File → Add Account.
Wait for Outlook to fully sync all mail from xtra.co.nz.
Export mail from xtra.co.nz to a .pst file:
- Go to File → Open & Export → Import/Export.
