Get a hard copy of my certificate

Local Microsoft offices or branches do not handle certificate printing or distribution. Printed hard copies of Microsoft certification certificates are not mailed by regional branches.

Certificates and transcripts are provided digitally through Microsoft Learn and can be printed locally:

1. Sign in to the Microsoft Learn profile.
2. Go to the Credentials / Transcript area, where earned certifications are listed.
3. Use Print and choose Save to PDF or print directly from the browser’s printer dialog.
4. The printed PDF or page serves as the hard copy and can be framed or shared as needed.

If a certificate or exam result is missing from the Learn profile, submit a request to Certification Support so it can be corrected before printing.
