Based on what you described, you’re encountering error code 30015‑2030 (13) when attempting to install Office 2024. This issue may be related to network settings or installation permission conflicts.
You can try the following steps:
- Run the installer from a root folder
- Create a folder:
C:\Temp - Move the OfficeSetup.exe (or offline installer folder) into
C:\Temp - Right‑click the installer > Run as administrator
- Create a folder:
- Reset network: Go to Settings > Network & Internet > Advanced Network Settings > Click Network reset.
- Update DNS settings
- Open Control Panel > Network and Sharing Center > Change adapter settings
- Right‑click your active Wi‑Fi/Ethernet > Properties
- Uncheck Internet Protocol Version 6 (TCP/IPv6)
- Select Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4) > Properties
- Choose Use the following DNS server addresses:
- Preferred:
8.8.8.8 - Alternate:
8.8.4.4 - Select Apply > OK
- Enable TLS protocols
- Press
Windows + R, typeinetcpl.cpl, press Enter - Go to the Advanced tab
- Make sure TLS 1.1, TLS 1.2, and TLS 1.3 are checked
- Press
After that, run the Office setup again as Administrator.
