    Hello, good day!

This usually happens temporarily and can be caused by a variety of factors, including potential issues with your internet service provider (ISP) or if you have a VPN installed.

Can you try using InPrivate/Incognito or a different browser?

If you still can't download the ISO, let me know what language you need it in, and I'll provide you a direct link.

I look forward to your update and am happy to continue working with you until the issue is resolved. Please keep me posted by clicking "Add comment" below instead of selecting Yes or No.

Error 715-123130 when downloading the Windows 11 ISO is typically related to how the connection to Microsoft’s download service is being made, often involving VPNs, proxies, or similar network-layer tools.

From a similar case, the issue was resolved by:

    1. Turning off any VPN or anonymizing/location-hiding service.
    2. Clearing the browser cache.
    3. Trying the ISO download again.

Even if no VPN or obvious extension is installed, also try:

    1. Using a different browser (for example, if using Microsoft Edge, try another supported browser, or vice versa).
    2. Trying a different network (such as a mobile hotspot instead of the current Wi‑Fi) in case the current ISP or network is being blocked.
    3. Temporarily disabling any security or privacy tools that may route traffic through external servers.

Once the ISO download succeeds, use it to create the bootable USB (pen drive) with the standard tools or instructions provided with the ISO.
