Hello! I'm in Russia, where direct downloading of Windows ISO images from Microsoft is blocked. I cannot download the official Windows 11 pro 25H2 ISO (latest version) with Russian language, 64-bit, neither via the website nor via Media Creation Tool, even with VPN on. Please provide a direct temporary link to the ISO (valid for at least 24 hours). Thank you very much!

Direct temporary download links for Windows 11 ISOs cannot be generated or provided.

From the available information, the supported ways to obtain a Windows 11 ISO are:

    1. Use the official Microsoft Software Download pages
      • Go to the Microsoft software download website: https://www.microsoft.com/software-download/
      • For Windows 11 x64, use the Download Windows 11 page: https://www.microsoft.com/software-download/windows11
      • On that page, the following options are available:
        • Create Windows 11 Installation Media: download and run MediaCreationTool.exe to create a bootable USB or an ISO file.
        • Download Windows 11 Disk Image (ISO): select the Windows 11 edition, then choose language and 64‑bit to download a multi‑edition ISO.
    2. Use Volume Licensing Service Center (if applicable)
      • If access to Volume Licensing Service Center (VLSC) exists (for example, via an organization’s volume license):
        1. Sign in to VLSC.
        2. Select Downloads > Licensed Downloads.
        3. Search for the required Windows 11 product.
        4. Choose Language, Connection Speed, and Operating System Type as needed.
        5. Download the ISO and, if desired, burn it to DVD or copy it to USB using appropriate software.
    3. Use Windows 11 Arm64 ISO (for Arm devices only)
      • For Arm-based devices, Windows 11 Arm64 ISO can be obtained from the dedicated page: https://www.microsoft.com/software-download/windows11arm64.
      • This ISO can be used to:
        • Create virtual machines.
        • Mount and run setup.exe from an existing Windows installation.
        • Create bootable USB media using a tool such as Rufus, as described in the documentation.

If Microsoft download services are blocked or restricted from the current network or region, the context does not provide any alternative official download channel or any direct ISO link. In such cases, it is necessary to resolve the access issue (for example, by changing network conditions) or contact Microsoft Support from an allowed connection for further assistance.
