Legal Name Change.

To update the legal name so it matches the government ID, use the Microsoft Learn profile settings and, if required, contact Credentials Support.

1. Ensure sign-in is done with the correct Learn profile.
2. Open the profile Settings page: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/users/me/settings.
3. Follow the instructions there to update the Legal Name so it matches exactly what appears on the government-issued ID.
4. If a message appears instructing to contact Certification or Credentials Support, follow that link and file a ticket with the Credentials Support team so they can complete the legal name update.

For GitHub or Microsoft certifications, the same process applies: update the legal name in Learn profile settings first, then raise a ticket with Credentials Support if additional changes are needed.
