    Hi Abin K Binoy

I understand how confusing this can be, especially when the Spotify punch card already shows as completed with 5/5 tasks, but there is no clear option to redeem the Spotify Premium offer.

To help narrow this down, could you please confirm a few things?

    • When you open the Microsoft Rewards Redeem page, do you see any Spotify Premium reward listed there?
    • Is the “Punch Card complete: Go get your reward” section clickable on your side?
    • Do the country/region settings on your device, your Microsoft account, and your Microsoft Rewards/Bing Rewards account all match?
    • Have you used this Spotify Premium offer before with the same Microsoft account or Spotify account?

In the meantime, please try the steps below:

    • Go directly to the Microsoft Rewards dashboard https://rewards.bing.com/
    • Open the Redeem tab and check whether the Spotify Premium reward appears there.
    • Go back to the Spotify punch card page and click the last completed activity that says “Punch Card complete: Go get your reward”, if that section is clickable.
    • Sign out of your Microsoft account, close the browser, then sign back in and check again.
    • Try opening the Rewards page in an InPrivate window in Microsoft Edge.
    • Clear the browser cache and cookies, then open the Rewards page again.
    • If you are using a VPN, proxy, or a different region setting, please turn it off temporarily and check again, since Microsoft Rewards offers can depend on account eligibility and region.

I hope these steps help you locate the Spotify Premium redemption option. While my initial response may not fully resolve the issue, I truly appreciate your cooperation as we work together toward identifying the most effective solution. Thank you so much for your understanding.

Spotify Premium and other partner rewards are only redeemable when they appear as an available reward on the Microsoft Rewards Redeem page. Completing an activity or punch card does not itself guarantee that a specific partner reward (like Spotify) will be in stock or visible for redemption.

If the Spotify Premium option does not appear under Redeem, it means one of the following applies:

    1. The Spotify reward is not currently available or is out of stock in the Microsoft Rewards catalog for the account’s region.
    2. The reward is not offered in that country/region at all.

In these cases, the catalog will simply not show Spotify as a redeemable item, even if all punch‑card activities are completed. The only available action is to check the Redeem page periodically to see if the offer returns, and redeem points for other available rewards in the meantime.

    Also ensure that:

    • The Microsoft account region matches the region used when signing up for Microsoft Rewards.
    • No VPN or VoIP number is used during redemption, as these can block redemptions.

To look for currently available rewards, go to the Rewards Redeem page from the Rewards dashboard and browse what is listed there.
